The room was clean, but the breakfast was awful—we waited an hour for it, there was no water so we couldn’t bathe or brush our teeth, the manager never arrived to fix the water crisis, the Jojo tanks were supposedly on and off but never supplied water, we couldn’t use the restroom, the staff blamed the municipality, and we left without being able to wash.
