“Passable. There are many good options in Lahore”

The room had a smart TV, but the front‑desk staff were unfriendly and didn’t give us the Wi‑Fi password; we had to call reception and were handed 2–3 wrong passwords that didn’t work on our phones, while the TV was actually connected to another hotel’s network and worked fine. The shower head leaked everywhere and the tap below it was broken, and no staff came to clean the room or refill the complimentary tea and water for two days. We tried ordering snacks and tea at about 5 PM, only to be told the kitchen was closed, even though a small in‑room dining menu was in the room. Breakfast had very few options and was poor for the price, yet it was still somewhat passable. What really annoyed us was a female staff member’s insistence on getting us to write a review at checkout—she didn’t ask about our experience or any complaints, just wanted a good review. Later that night around 9:30 PM, she called me again to remind us to write a positive review, which felt unprofessional. I blocked her number, but another staff member named Iqra reached out via WhatsApp asking for a review. If reviews matter so much, focus on delivering good service instead.

Staying here was pleasant; the service was good, the entire staff is welcoming, and the location is perfect—I’d recommend it to anyone traveling with family.
