“Never again.”

Room was grotty. We were moved from our original room because there was a toenail and hair on the beds. After a couple of attempts another room was found. The walls were very grotty, there was an unpleasant odour, which was helped by leaving the windows open for a few hours. The exhaust fan was broken in the bathroom. The manager called and apologized. He mentioned that instead of putting anything online he would give me a 20% discount on my next stay. I politely declined as I will not be staying again. The original staff member I dealt with was great and did his best to accommodate us.

The location is convenient, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was basic but clean and tidy.

The room was small but clean, and the staff were friendly; meals at the restaurant were nice, but the shower was quite moldy, meals were very expensive, there were a lot of worker accommodations and I could hear them coming and going all night, the room had a dual key and the neighbour rattled the door in the middle of the night—very noisy and very expensive.

Big road noise plagued the stay; the room was not cleaned during our 5‑night stay, and other guests walking past the room on the verandah made it very noisy.
