A hidden gem by West Lake! The spot is great, just a walk to Taizi Bay, and the view outside is super convenient. The room is clean, cozy, and gives a mountain‑view vibe. The staff are warm and quick to respond, and the downstairs café serves good drinks. Far from the city noise, it’s quiet and healing—staying here lets you soak in West Lake’s beauty at a relaxed pace, and I’ll definitely pick this place again for my next trip to Hangzhou.

Our time there was fantastic—the room felt incredibly snug and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The team were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and instantly ready to assist with any request. The spot is very handy and surrounded by lovely scenery, making it ideal for unwinding. We also enjoyed the cozy café downstairs, which had a great vibe and served excellent coffee. Everything went beyond what we imagined, and we’d gladly return. Highly recommended!

I love the concept of the room! It is very clean and aesthetic! The vibe is also very calming! The staff were very helpful!. Nothing! All were great!

“The owner are super friendly and waited for our late arrival due to flight delayed.”

The property is in an ideal location for people who love tracking since it is near to XiHu and some tracking trails. It is not suitable for family with kids.
