“Unconfortable”

Location is close to bus station. Unfortunately, the room did not match the photos shown . There was no proper space to store the clothes, and there was no bedside table. The bathroom also had several issues. After taking a shower, the floor was covered with water, and the toilet continued running after use. The breakfast was disappointing, as the same menu was served every day and the fruit basket was often empty. In addition, both the coffee machine and the juice dispenser in the restaurant were out of order for two days. Overall, the facilities and room did not meet our expectations based on the information and photos presented . We believe these issues should be addressed to improve the experience for future guests

Very good hotel with very nice staff

“Séjour agréable, mais service et piscine à améliorer.”

The hotel has a very good location in the city, especially relative to Fira, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and pleasant. I especially liked the jacuzzi, the bathrobes, and all the accessories and products provided in the bathroom, which add real comfort. However, the pool area is the main weak point for me. I found it less polished than some photos suggest, mainly because the nice white covers visible in the early images are no longer there. There are also no shaded areas or umbrellas, and overall the pool area lacks comfort. I also found the water wasn’t always clean enough: even though I saw staff pick up leaves, it would be nice if the leaves in the water were removed more regularly. Breakfast disappointed me too. The selection is quite wide, but the quality is fairly average, especially the orange juice. The service atmosphere can also feel a bit chaotic: the staff are friendly, but not always very professional, with a lot of chatter and kitchen noise during breakfast. The pool service seemed rather basic, and I also had a problem with the laundry service. I had put a shirt in the designated bag and told the housekeeper, but the bag was ultimately not taken, so I couldn’t have the shirt cleaned in the desired timeframe. Overall, the basics are good and it’s an enjoyable hotel with nice rooms and a good location. With more care given to the pool, breakfast, and service quality, the experience could be much better.

“Séjour au top”

Nous avons été surclassé à notre arrivée. Et avons bénéficié d'une chambre avec jacuzzi extérieur. La piscine est top. Le petit déjeuner est varié. L''emplacement idéal pour visiter Fira. Proche de la gare routière et d'un petit supermarché. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'entrée de l''hôtel se situe en bord de route. Il faut être prudent en traversant
