The food was very tasty with plenty of options, and the fresh‑squeezed orange juice was excellent. The staff were exceptional—very professional, friendly, and polite. No complaints at all.

The room and the surrounding grounds were beautiful.

The location and the property were beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room décor was lovely but the layout felt awkward; we didn’t like having two levels in the room, especially when needing to get up at night to use the bathroom. The step down from the sleeping area to the bathroom needed better lighting. The steam aromatherapy shower had no instructions for use. The hair dryer stopped working on the last morning. The room above ours had a very squeaky floor, making it hard to sleep when guests were active at night—two of our three nights were quite noisy. It would help to remind those staying on the second floor to be mindful of guests on the first floor.

The buildings and grounds were beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable.

The atmosphere and grounds were nice, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, though cleanliness could have been better. I liked the on‑premise restaurant, and breakfast was just okay. Maintenance in the room was lacking, and the staff could have been better.
