“Hotel from Horror! The worst House tale I ever stayed in.”

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had: the room was filthy, ants were everywhere, and I had to change rooms three times only to find the situation getting worse. The shower curtain was clogged and nasty, the bath towels were dirty, so we had to buy our own. It felt like a horror hotel. I don’t think anything could have been done better; it looks like the hotel is about to close, and we even had a false fire alarm.

“I do not recommend to stay here”

It was cheap, but everything was terrible. The toilet was covered in grime as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Our key didn’t work, so we had to walk to the office to get a new one, then walk back because the door was messed up and we had to wait for staff to bring a special key. We were scared it wouldn’t work and that we couldn’t leave the room. We went downstairs to warm up food because there was only one microwave, which was disgustingly dirty and had five extension cords running from the wall straight to it; unplugging all of them and using just one cord didn’t work, it was horrible.

“Never again avoid at all costs”

There was nothing I liked about the property. The room was quite dirty with lots of hair on the bathroom floor, the heating didn’t work, and the air‑con unit was very noisy. The lift worked on check‑in but not the next day, and there was no manager on duty in the morning—just a maintenance worker. Breakfast was terrible: no juice, no milk, no cups, only a few pieces of bread, and only one cereal left.

The room was far too pricey for the quality and condition of the property. Kids were everywhere, and it wasn’t the cleanest place.

“The staff was nice and met all of my needs.”

I’d have liked a hot breakfast, and there were no extra pillows.
