Breakfast was excellent.
“Excelente, voltarei ao hotel quando estiver em SC”
Breakfast was wonderful with a very friendly and attentive team. The location is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, and the heated pool and gym made a big difference in the cold. The staff—Kevin, Cícero, Joana, and everyone else—were very helpful from reception onward, even though we arrived at night. The Alma restaurant is excellent.

Everything—service, accommodation, bed linens, towels, breakfast—was of very good taste. No complaints, just a suggestion that breakfast could include more artisanal breads and gluten‑free options.

The accommodations are sensational; the room, the lobby, and the breakfast are exceptional. I didn't have time to use the other amenities, but if the rest of the facilities keep up the same standard, guests can stay without worry.
