“Expected excellent quality, but experienced low level quality.”

Close proximity to the hospital across the street. The appearance of the room was less than what was to be expected from a Hyatt Place facility. I have stayed in several in the past. The lamp on the desk was rusted, the office chair at the desk was broken, fabric around bed frame had multiple big brown stains on it. Sink and shower appeared to be cleaned, but had remnants of hair in both. There were also clumps of dust behind the bathroom door. For the price the experience was underwhelming. I had book a double room ( 2 double beds) as I was traveling with my mother for a medical procedure. When checking in, I was told that I couldn’t have a double room, they were all taken. I was offered a king room with a couch. I accepted as it was getting late and we needed to get settled for the 5:30am procedure. If I had more time left in the day, I would most definitely went to one of the other facilities close by. Do better Hyatt Place! I work hard for my money and hate for it to be wasted on bad experiences!

“Great stay”

The breakfast options could use more variety for the price of the stay, but the location is decent.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel was close to the town center and the places I had to visit for work. The rooms were clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and I woke up several times during the night because the mattress was hard.
