The breakfast spread was sparse, and there was a clear lack of hospitality—no one helped open doors when guests were carrying stuff. No one greeted us when we arrived. Room cleaning and towel changes were rare. Poor ventilation in the room caused mildew and damp walls. The hotel blamed the guests for the maintenance issues and even spread that story to other hotels, which made communication feel very low quality.
