The property is nice and the location is good. A large group stayed all weekend, took over the beach area, and played loud music day and night.

We had a lake view, which was very pleasant, but the heat made it impossible to enjoy the balcony/terrace even in the evening. The pool was great in the morning and late afternoon. The place seems geared toward families who crowd the pool in the evening with drinks and loud conversations. We found a live cockroach in our bathroom, and the water was cold even after we complained to the front desk, which didn’t respond.

I love the pool and lake. The rooms on the cove side are in disrepair and need updating; the shower is too small and had what looked like black mold, and the walls are cracked on the cove side compared to the beach side rooms.

I loved the beach, but the bugs in our room were a real nuisance and nobody fixed it after I mentioned it.
