Not a great deal but the caravan was nice and roomy, plenty of storage and it was nice and clean (despite a few marks and hair on one of the single beds). Where do I start!? The day we got here thing was going ok - couldnt figure out the boiler so I contacted the helpline number, the lady tried to help over the phone but was unable too, she then said she was going to get hold of the sites maintenance team to come and have a look that was at 9:07pm. midnight, I still have no response! In this, we did go to the entertainment and was nearly not allowed in as we didn't have passes? I look into this more, and apparently, we dont get passes. it's only the caravan? So i look into this further. There is nothing upon my booking that states this. I then find AFTER booking we aren't entitled to passes! Anyway, we did manage to go into the bar and arcade, we were out for about an hour, came back, and we still have no got water or heating! I've kept messaging the number provided with no reply. Saturday morning we wake up pretty much frozen over, still unable to shower or get warm, I thrn get a phone call to say they was sending someone, I did tell thrm that we was going out but I left the key in the safe, absolutely fine everything is being sorted. got back to the caravan at 9 pm. and shocked horror. NOTHING has changed!! Its yet again freezing cold, gas hasn't been changed (oh yeah, the gas bottles, both of them are empty), and again, I tried to get hold of someone and absolutely nothing! I am absolutely furious, to say the least! I paid £166 a few weeks ago for this - has no one been to check over the caravan?! I think I paid for an extra night upon travel up here from Cornwall. That was an extra £49, I wish i never had now! £200 for 3 nights with no access to any activities on site, no hot water, no heating! It is absolutely appalling. Also, we have wasted over £100 worth of food as we can't cook it. We still have 1 more night here, but we are already thinking of travelling home!

The room was not clean, it didn't have duvet on, sheet bed on, not enough pillows, and no cover bed at all. No toilet roll paper, not even bottle of water in fridge. No washing liquid, they're like nothing in there. Nothing

Private caravan in an excellent location with accessible parking! Dover Court/Park holiday staff kind and courteous and a great place for young children and families!. The caravan we stayed in was excellent and perfect for our needs. However, the mattresses all need replacing, as they were very springy and uncomfortable. According to their terms and conditions, linen is provided at an extra cost, but when I inquired, I was informed that it is not available for this caravan. To cover themselves, they stated that linen is subject to availability
