“A wonderful stay. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!!”
My stay with Agith completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, Agith warmly welcomed me and even helped me pay for my taxi as I had no change. I was then invited onto a boat trip with him and his family—a completely unexpected wonderful experience that I am very grateful for. The room was beautiful—floor‑to‑ceiling windows, wooden flooring in the living space, marble floor in the bathroom, and the balcony is incredible with a gorgeous view of the nature around, the trees, the lake—simply perfect. I was continuously given large bottles of water, which was a lovely added, kind touch. Agith also kindly offered to drive me in his tuk‑tuk to a dinner location that he recommended and was delicious, also picking me up afterwards so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I was also completely blown away by the breakfast in the morning! Breakfast was set up for me on the boat with flowers on the table, fresh fruit juice, and a huge platter of fresh fruit—exactly what I wanted! Agith could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and helpful. My stay was such a lovely start to my trip to Sri Lanka that I am very grateful I got to experience. Thank you Agith and family for a wonderful stay and your place! Everything was wonderful—I could not fault a thing. Perfect for what I wanted! I wish I would have stayed more nights.
