Practically nothing was up to par. The owner was very unpleasant, pretentious and rude, which negatively affected my mood. The apartment had an unbearable manure‑like smell or something similar (perhaps from an open window). Maybe it just smelled bad. There was no bottled water, no shampoo or soap, fewer towels than the number of people paid for, and the towels were not delivered.
This was my second time staying in Branná, and once again the accommodation was absolutely great, with no shortcomings at all; I look forward to returning.
The room we stayed in was very tastefully furnished. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with fragrant towels and duvets :) My husband and I felt very comfortable at the guesthouse. The owner is very kind and helpful, breakfasts are varied and plentiful. The village is quiet and the location is ideal for hikes into the hills. We would love to return again.
I recommend this place; everything was fine.
