The location and the lodges themselves made getting around a breeze; I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

The location is great for Palace and Woodstock, and we biked, so it was safe to leave our bikes at the hotel. However, we didn’t receive a welcome pack and there was no tea, coffee, milk, or biscuits – a nice touch that was missing. The TV channel selection was very limited.

I’d score it 9.0/10. The lodge is great for dogs, the location near the Palace grounds and Woodstock is fabulous, the big bathroom had everything we needed. The bed felt a bit firm for my taste, but that’s just personal. The sofa was deep and could use a few cushions.
