“So glad I found this place!”

I was nervous about finding trustworthy lodging in New Delhi because so many places seem to have fake reviews, but this place is genuine. It’s a charming family‑run guest house on a safe, quiet street with 24‑hour security. The rooms are simple and a little old‑fashioned, yet they’re comfortable, spotless, and priced well compared to other city hotels. The owner and his daughter are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready for anything you need, whether it’s about your stay or just general tips. We also enjoyed the homemade breakfast in the common area, and the staff were fantastic. I’ll definitely book Grace Home again if I return to Delhi!

The staff and family were very kind, offering useful advice and many services, and the place feels very safe for solo female travelers. The sheets and towels could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn’t a major issue.

The location is a 5‑minute walk from the Yellow Line station, in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, and the room is spacious. The air‑conditioner is very noisy, and the area is on flight paths, which is a pity because the surroundings are otherwise calm.

This guest house in Saket is nice, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area. Sanjeev, the owner, greeted me upon arrival, and he and the staff were pleasant throughout my stay. The high ratings attracted me, and it’s clear why they’ve been well‑reviewed for so long. It’s very close to the Metro for quick access to other parts of the city, and Ubers are easy to get to and from the property. The small kitchen on my floor was a nice touch, with a kettle, other cooking tools, and filtered drinking water. The Wi‑Fi was good downstairs but shaky upstairs; it was sometimes a bit better in the floor’s common area, but it was almost non‑existent in the room.

The owner and staff are extremely polite, hospitable, available, and generous. Sanjeev is an exceptional host with an international background who knows how to read the room and give proper advice for first‑time travelers in India. He helped my mother and me with a mishap and was always ready to respond to our needs, 24/7. He also let us enjoy homemade Indian food and meals from his kitchen, even beyond breakfast hours. The facility and its rooms have a local flair, are not very modern (and could use some renovation), but the safety and convenience of the location (near a metro station and a neighborhood market), plus the authenticity and professionalism of Sanjeev and the people at Grace Home, along with reasonable fares, made our stay worthwhile. We are VERY appreciative!
