Having Shinagawa Seaside Station right in front made everything super convenient and the location was ideal. I liked the generously sized bed and the spotless bathroom.

The hotel is right next to the subway station, and there is a large shopping mall nearby; the rooms are spacious and have everything needed (kettle, TV, fridge, coffee, tea); all toiletries are in the bathroom, and if any run out you can get them at reception; breakfast is very good and the dining area is spacious; there is something for everyone (Japanese and Western cuisine); the staff are very friendly and helpful; there is no problem leaving luggage before check‑in or after check‑out; it’s a good spot to get to the airport; the only downside is that the TVs in the rooms could be better with YouTube or streaming apps.
