Dear Sir, my wife and I love this facility very much. The location is excellent, and the security is a lot better than other lodges nearby. We would like to stay here again if we can visit South Lake Tahoe again! The bed is too soft for seniors.

The location was good between town and beach, the décor was nice, the air conditioning worked well, and the small pool area was pleasant. The unit was very small and cramped, leaving barely enough room to open luggage. The crockery was dirty and we had to run the dishwasher before using it. The bedrooms were tiny, and only one of the two had an ensuite. The bed in the basic room was very uncomfortable and squeaked. It’s definitely not a unit for six people. The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable as a sofa, and the TV sound was muffled. We reported these problems to the management company before writing a review, and they offered us a free upgrade if we returned.

The spot is in a prime location, just a short walk to the lake and a bunch of restaurants, but the building feels run‑down and poorly kept; there are smokers on the premises who shouldn’t be allowed.

Everything was spotless and the location was great, I loved the place; inside there's a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and a large playroom for kids, but the beds were the only downside—they were very uncomfortable.
