The reception area is very clean, and so are the rooms. The bed is very comfortable, and the location is close to the facilities. The shower and toilet placement is a problem; when I turn on the shower, it splashes all over the toilet.

I found the parking arrangement a bit confusing because my van was too tall, but overall everything was 10 out of 10 and I felt very comfortable.
