The hotel is beautiful, quaint, and in a fabulous location. Breakfast was average. The evening meal in the bistro was really poor, with minimal effort from the chef, and the manager even admitted it was an experiment. It was bland and lacking in effort, and the staff seemed disinterested.

Unfortunately we couldn't stay there at all. We booked through Booking, received a confirmation, and then the hotel called us asking us to cancel because the room had been rented to another guest. When we asked if this was done because the profit without Booking was higher, the employee on the phone confirmed that. Since the booking was for the same day, we were standing outside at 18.00 h without a reservation. Very questionable behavior.

I stayed in the middle of the wine region and the place kept all its original charm; the food at the restaurant is hard to beat. Everything was good.

The hotel is very beautiful, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The rooms are very comfortable and many are sound‑proofed; the bedding is very quiet and comfortable.
