The location is good; the staff’s attitude and the lack of cleanliness were disappointing—hair was on the floor and the room smelled too much like tobacco, which I told the manager but nothing was done.

I asked through you if I could check in early, and the reply was that the earliest would be 2:00. I arrived early and had to wait until 2:00, and still nothing happened. I finally entered at 2:40. When I made the bed, the sheets had hair on them; I took photos and sent them. If the check‑in is at 2:00, they should honor that.
