I used this place for a transit stay, it’s cheap and close to the station. Being in Hong Kong, the room is cramped, but the ventilation fan is loud; turning it off makes it feel stuffy, and I’m not sure if it’s the neighbor’s fan or mine, but I can hear it even when it’s off. For about two hours at night, around 9 pm, there was loud band noise from the hotel next door.

The spot was convenient, but it was really hard to locate, the room was ultra‑small, and after a certain hour nobody was there to help.
