The location was good and the staff were lovely. A free upgrade really helped make my 10‑night stay feel special, and I felt safe. The walls were a bit thin, and the furniture looked a little dated.

The hotel's location is pretty good, especially in winter, since there are plenty of restaurants nearby and you don't have to walk far. However, the staff's English skills have really declined, which leads to some communication issues - it's not ideal for Europeans anymore.

This was my third stay here and I have to say, it was comfortable, like I knew what to expect. Unfortunately, some guests on my floor were being really loud at night and I didn't get much sleep.
