I booked this property to celebrate my graduation, thinking the whole house would be ours. The ad said the owners were on site, but because the property sits on an estate I assumed they lived a few doors down, not inside the house. When I arrived it was hard to find, and the ad promised two parking spaces, yet one was already taken and two cars were already parked there. After parking, it took me about 5 to 10 minutes just to get the passcode on the handle and open the door. Once inside I still didn’t realize that people were actually living inside; the photos I attached show the situation. The house had strict rules: most kitchen cupboards were locked, only one cupboard was accessible, and there were three rooms upstairs. I realized the owners were living in the living room. By the time my family arrived, we were already uncomfortable and felt misled by the information given before arrival. I also tried to contact the owners directly to discuss the situation, but…

The location was great, but the property was dirty—cabinet, mirrors, and bedding were all messy. The kitchen had no equipment except one pot in bad condition.
