The room is comfortable, the staff are welcoming and accommodating, and the baths are wonderful. There are good restaurants in the area, and it’s close to one of the famous shrines of the Lake Suwa region. I’d love to return someday!

The Onsen’s location was good, but they wouldn’t let us eat breakfast or dinner without booking ahead, even when we weren’t there during rush hours.
