“Great hotel at the edge of Tivoli, 5 minute drive to historic centre and close to Villa Adriana”
The breakfast buffet was excellent, the pool was well maintained with just the right amount of chlorine and a fresh, regulated temperature. The reception staff were friendly, and the room was super quiet with great bedding. The hotel is a bit far from town center, and we chose it at the last minute to bridge our stay in Tivoli before moving to a B&B the next day. The dining area, both inside and out, was fully booked by a sports group, so it wasn’t available.
Everything was fine, nothing special but everything matched expectations and even surpassed them.
“Non sufficiente”
The pizza capricciosa with hard‑boiled egg and prosciutto turned out fine on the way out. The main light in the room didn’t work and the ducted air‑conditioner leaked water onto the floor. The photos showed a large pool, but it was actually tiny and apparently reserved for certain rooms only. Hot water was intermittent.
We came back for the second time and were more than satisfied. The property is beautiful, elegant, welcoming, and clean, the food quality is excellent, and the staff are kind and helpful. No complaints.

The hotel is a disappointing four‑star property. The rooms were dirty and we had to ask for a change because one meter of wall had a huge stain; I had requested an accessible room but was given one with a bathtub, which was impossible for my daughter whose leg was immobilized. Breakfast was subpar, the air‑conditioning was noisy and, when it switched off, the room turned into an oven.
