The location is convenient because it is close to the city centre and the training venue. The surroundings are quiet and the garden makes it very pleasant. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, and the rooms seem very sound‑proof, so the annoying noises from people in the corridor were very loud.

The tram was a short walk away, and I got a pleasant email contact; the room key was in the lockbox (the pin was sent by email). Breakfast was tasty and the bed was comfortable. However, there were several spiders and long-legged bugs on the ceiling, and I couldn't find any channels on the TV, though I was mostly there just to sleep.

The location was perfect, just a minute’s walk from the tram stop, and the staff were friendly and helpful with all my questions.
