“A SHIT AND WORST HOTEL”

There was nothing to like. It was the worst place to stay. If you want to be cut off from the world, starve, then book this hotel. The super idiot receptionist only wanted money, and as soon as I paid, the real attitude showed. No room service, no TV, no water, no answer to calls, dirty toilet, dirty people around. Guests come here with a lady for enjoyment, but they have a system: no lift at night, no room service, no tea until 5 pm, no room boy, no hot water. In short, it was a shitty hotel (what they claim). It’s a bother, and they manage reviews to fool people—classic internet fraud.

“Far from main load”

The staff and building were good, and the location was quiet. However, it was far from the main road, and there were no food stalls or grocery shops nearby. The room was very small compared to other hotels at the same price.

Worst. Oyyo's booking was a scam: they say they’ll give you the room you want and ask for 20% payment, but after the payment they ignore your calls. Whatever concern you have, you can’t deal with the property team or the booking team. My experience was extremely bad: we booked one double room for two people, but when we arrived the only available room was a single, very small and unhygienic. I called the booking team and they said they would inform the department, but we never got any information and the phone was on hold for a long time. We called another staff member who told us the same thing. We were helpless, so we booked another hotel. I asked for a refund but didn’t get it. I suggest anyone reading this not to fall for them.
