It was very clean and nice. Great breakfast, lovely atmosphere, and the cleaning staff did a great job. We stayed there in October and it was a bit cold at night because the heating system wasn’t working, and when I asked the staff they said it was too early for them to turn it on. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.

The breakfast was outstanding—diverse and tasty. The staff were smiling and friendly. In our room we found a welcome bottle of Giuzi wine, a small but pleasant touch, and we liked the wine itself. Daily housekeeping and towel changes were handled well. The reception team were pleasant. When we left for the airport we asked for a taxi; they forgot 1 lari, so the guy at reception had to pay the extra. Overall, only good impressions. Thanks.

Cleanliness was great, and the staff took care of changing towels, refilling water, and replacing linens. The downside was that when renting a car there was no parking spot in front of the hotel or even nearby.
