The location was suitable for a night near the airport, everything was clean and the bathroom was fine. The spare bed was uncomfortable, but the main one was correct. Breakfast was bad—just a few buns and bagged toast with jam.

Nice, very clean and cosy. We paid for breakfast but it turned out to be a table with stale crackers and disposable jam; there were no cutlery, dishes, or mugs, so we had to buy our own. The breakfast definitely did not meet European standards. The fridge in the room was noisy, hot water didn’t always flow, and when we complained about breakfast we were told the host lacked proper facilities.

Our reservation no 5744.956.152 was never honoured—we arrived on the evening of 8 Oct and no one was there to greet us. We called the numbers given, tried WhatsApp, and after almost two hours had no contact. We asked neighbours for help but got no info, rang the bell repeatedly with no response, and ended up spending the night at Palermo airport. We demand a refund of the €72.29 that was debited from our account, and if not, we will pursue legal action—Jp Sultana, expert judge.
