The suite was lovely, the views gorgeous, and I was very happy overall; it was a bit of a walk with many stairs from reception to the suite, but the view made it worth it.

“I wouldn’t stay there again”

I had a hard time locating the hotel because it was out of the way and had no signage, and the receptionist said everyone mentioned the same thing; the bathroom vanity was blocked, so I had to report it when checking out, and the coffee machine was broken during breakfast.

“Cozy and comfortable”

The room was cozy, clean, and the bed was comfortable and well‑sized, though there wasn’t much floor space for our suitcase unless we stored it in the spacious bathroom; there was no staff present at all, and we were told breakfast was available, but it closed at 10 even though the first few emails said 11, so the breakfast situation was confusing.

Everything was brilliant, just the location is a bit off if you’re looking for a holiday stay; it’s perfect for an event, a one‑ or two‑night travel stay, a convention, or visiting family, and convention centres are underrated for staying—usually very clean, efficient, and full of amenities like pool, gym, and walks, and this place didn’t disappoint; it was perfect for us and the Mother’s Day breakfast was a delightful bonus.
