“Excelente acomodação”
I really liked the location, the accommodation with a very comfortable bed. Sheets and towels were good quality. The staff were very courteous and attentive from reception to the kitchen.

Cleanliness, comfort and location were very good. Breakfast was very good, but the female staff never restocked items on any day. The shower in the bathroom needs maintenance because it only produces a little water.

Location, breakfast, cleanliness. The shower wasn’t working properly; hot water was almost non‑existent and pressure was low, so we had to shower in cold water all the time. Even after reporting the issue, nothing was done.

I can’t really rate it; the stay was cancelled without notice or explanation. The booking was confirmed, but when we arrived the hotel was already cancelled, no reason given and no alternative room offered. We arrived from the airport at 1 a.m., and the staff pointed us to another hotel.

The location is fine, but the breakfast and parking leave something to be desired.
