The price is good if you’re traveling with a large group, but the photos are 5–10 years old and don’t reflect the current state of the house. The house is in very run‑down condition, we found cockroaches in the kitchen, the carpet had many stains, and the place was very unclean by Japanese standards.

The location was very good, close to a 7‑Eleven and the train station; we were four people.

The location and space were excellent, close to train stations, restaurants, and a convenience store. It was quiet and offered plenty of space for families.

The transport was convenient, with three bathrooms on both the upper and lower floors—no need to argue. The rooms were plentiful, so each person could have their own. The fridge was big, truly incomparable to a hotel. Outside there was a trash bin that was full; as long as you pack it properly, you can just drop it there! I’ll probably stay again if I get the chance. In the mornings it can be a bit noisy, but it doesn’t really bother me.
