The front‑desk team were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and they upgraded me; the overall value was good with a decent breakfast, a reasonably sized room, and a solid gym, all included in the price.

Breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room has some bad smell; hence need to open the window. Even hotel has river view and pagoda view; they located us at Building Block View. Hence very upset. Room smell and Block view

Both the hallway and the room smelled of mildew; the moment I opened the door a strong musty odor hit me, and during the rainy season the corridor stayed damp, while the room’s fixtures all felt old and worn.
