Jandira Premiêr Hotel

“Maravilhosa! E a padaria que fica ao lado do hotel, é simplesmente divina😍”

Clean environment, polite staff, great food, and an excellent breakfast.

“Ótimo custo benefício.”

The rooms are very clean, but the location is far away.

“Uma estadia decepcionante, com problemas de limpeza, manutenção e comunicação sobre os preços, especialmente pelo valor”

The location and the reception staff during check‑in were the highlights. However, the overall experience was disappointing: the room arrived unclean and poorly maintained, with remnants of putty and plaster in the bathroom and on the floor, a missing towel, and no bathroom rug. I also found the pricing information frustrating; in the afternoon I was told by phone that the rate was R$ 320, while the booking site listed a lower price. Later, the hotel quoted R$ 400, again higher than the website, and when I asked why the price had changed I received no clear explanation and the staff were quite rude. In the end we booked through the booking site. Given what we paid, I expected a clean, organized room in better condition.

The only downside was the lack of parking.
