Very clean and comfortable. The TV kept breaking, so I went to the desk twice with no success.

“If I return to your Hotel at Geneva I will request a top level room so no one is above us.”

Cleanliness, staff, and location were good. However, there’s a serious sound issue through the ceiling from the room above; I was woken by someone moving a chair or dragging something and walking across the floor at midnight. I reported it at the front desk, the staff understood and confronted the person, so the problem was resolved, but the ceiling sound transmission remains a major issue.

I need a microwave to heat food when it’s cold. The bathroom hooks are missing.
