The only good parts were the helpful, friendly front‑desk staff and the easy parking. Everything else was terrible: the hotel looks abandoned and desperately needs a full makeover. Our room was filthy, the sheets were stained and itchy, and the AC unit hadn’t been cleaned in ages, so when we switched it on it blew dust and fluff across the bed. The bathroom was cramped, moldy everywhere, and the bed itself was soft, creaking with every little movement. Furniture was marked, damaged, and the doors didn’t close properly, while the whole room had a strong musty odor. We opened the balcony door to find a garden full of dogs barking constantly. Because of all this, we slept badly and left at 4 am just to escape. We paid £97 for the night, which felt more than double what it should have cost.

Breakfast was decent, the staff were very nice, and the room was very simple. There was no German TV and the location wasn’t ideal.

The best price‑for‑quality and good views of the area. The place wasn’t clean, the breakfast was bad, the staff were not very receptive, and the furniture was very old.
