The location of the hotel was good, although it takes you about 30-45 minutes by foot to reach Ala-Too-Square. The provided hotel room looked nothing alike the one in the first highlighted pictures. It was dark, small and narrow. Additionally, the staff forgot about me for about 60 minutes, while I was sitting there waiting overly tired for my room to get ready (I arrived too early). Cleanliness was mediocre

No breakfast was offered. The traffic noise and a metal door right outside our window, which bangs day and night because it’s heavily used, were annoying.
