Large space, well-equipped kitchen, nobody was there and I had to figure out how to get in myself, it took 30 minutes to reach someone.

Parking was available and the room was clean, but the shared kitchen still needs renovation and better equipment; there was no dish‑washing detergent, the dishes and kettle were dirty, and there was no soap in the room. A noticeable odor in the entrance, likely from flooding and mold, made the place unpleasant.

I had been there last year and noticed renovations that still feel unfinished; the rooms are clean but the bedding left something to be desired. The price isn’t high, yet one should expect at least a 2026‑level standard. I booked a single room but received one with two single beds, and on the second day I was moved to another room. The key safe held two keys, implying someone else could have accessed my room—an unsettling thought, especially when carrying valuables on a bike.

The location in the city center was great and the key‑code check‑in was simple. The bathroom was in the middle of being cleaned: a trash bin and a toilet brush were left on the toilet, and the toilet itself was apparently missed. When we lifted the lid we saw obvious, unmistakable traces from the previous guest, and only half a roll of toilet paper remained. The sheets smelled somewhat fresh, but some covers had a stale odor. We didn’t use the kitchen, but the owner can’t blame the state of it. The rooms are very noisy; we heard music, and when we stepped into the hallway we realized the noise came from two rooms away, not the immediate neighbor. There was a balcony, but it was dusty and dirty, so we couldn’t sit outside. The entrance area is apparently under renovation now, hopefully the rooms will follow.
