“Für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr gut und wir würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen und auch selbst wieder buchen.”

Very good staff, always helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast buffet. Parking in the underground garage. Very good starting point for a city tour.

“Fantastic! We will be back!”

The location was perfect for walking around the city. The welcome cookies were AMAZING!!! It was neat to see the personalized welcome on the TV. I wish we could buy the Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo. It melted amazing! The garage was a little tight getting in and out of but we didn’t hardly use our car. We walked everywhere. So it didn’t matter too much.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff good throughout -got a very early check-in. Good location though adjacent Nathan Phillips Sq does have rough sleepers. Price £414 for one night was ridiculous (but its TIFF so i get supply and demand). Bathroom (room 1202) was fairly basic and quite small
