Nothing. The hotel is marketed as a 4‑star but it doesn’t live up to that. Booking lists it as 4‑star where it should be 2‑star, no idea why. We stayed, a scandal broke out, got a refund and went to Comfort Hotel in Chubara, which at least looks like a 4‑star. 1. Towels quality is a fetish. 2. Bathroom was dirty. 3. No hair dryer—sorry, this is a 4‑star, where’s the dryer? 4. Soundproofing and echo are a separate issue. 5. The place feels more like a dorm or converted office rooms at a university than a 4‑star. I’d give it 2‑stars. 6. The room is big, but we pay for cleanliness, comfort and convenience, not square footage. We stayed in a similar spot in Olympic Village in Sochi, called honest 2‑stars. Visit this hotel and then a proper 3‑star like Holiday Inn or similar and you’ll see the huge difference. We ended up here on a recommendation from event planners at UriVerCity, but they probably never been there if they’re recommending it… If you don’t see the dirty bathroom in my photos, that means it’s normal for you, and I’m sorry for you and your loved ones.
