“Excellent choice for the Asarigawa area, superb deals during the off-season!”

The facilities were excellent, with an impressive layout and a very well‑maintained overall structure, as well as an interesting take on the all‑inclusive resort package; the reading room was a thoughtful touch, and there is an additional seating area beside the cafe/bar that appears to be almost exactly centrally located in the resort and has floor‑to‑ceiling windows on all three sides opposite which provides an excellent view of the interior garden; the rotary phone was a little surprising, but I grew to like it quite a bit; and of course the guest‑room onsen‑style baths were dangerously good – I would have spent most of my days in there if I could have, maybe next time. Although the staff were very nice, unfortunately the clogs provided by them were not well sized for me; my heel tended to slip out and overhang the back by an inch or so when walking, but they were still fairly comfortable, it just made walking a little difficult for long periods of time; luckily I did not have to walk very far very often.

The staff were friendly and the room was spacious, which was great; the bar staff were easy to talk to and I enjoyed chatting with them; no major issues, except that the station was far and I had to rely on taxis.

저녁으로 나오는 가이세키 요리가 맛있고, 직원분들께서도 매우 친절합니다. 가까운 오타루칫코역으로 픽업버스를 보내주기 때문에 자차가 없어도 편하게 접근 가능합니다. 올 인클루시브라서 료칸 안에서 제공되는 모든 서비스가 무료인데, 저녁에 열리는 바에서 칵테일을 무제한으로 즐길 수 있습니다. 식사중에도 음료와 술은 무제한으로 주문할 수 있기 때문에 술을 좋아하시는 분은 특히 만족스럽게 머무실 수 있을 것이라고 생각합니다. 한 가지 아쉬웠던 점은 저희가 머물렀을 때 대욕장이 공사중이었다는 점입니다. 물론 사전에 이메일로 안내받기는 했지만, 온천욕의 알파이자 오메가라고 할 수 있는 경치좋은 대욕탕을 이용해보지 못해서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 3월 중순~말이면 공사가 끝난다고 하니, 그 이후에 방문하시는 분들께서는 공사 이후 한층 더 좋아진 대욕장을 이용하실 수 있을 것 같습니다

“這樣的價錢，是應有的服務，沒有特別驚喜。”

The hotel’s official reply to our email said the shuttle could reach Otaru Station, Otaru Chikugō Station, and Sapporo JR Station; after we requested a shuttle to Sapporo JR Station on the day of checkout, the staff replied that the shuttle could only take guests to Otaru Station, which disrupted our checkout schedule.
