The suite was amazing—top quality and a solid value. I was worried about cleanliness, but the room was spotless. It’s a beautiful, comfy space with plenty of leisure spots, especially the hot tub, which was fantastic. The staff were exceptional, always polite and helpful whenever we needed something. I’d definitely come back, just wish the air‑con had worked at night.

The place looked great—well decorated, clean, and well kept. I didn’t like that at the front desk I wasn’t given clear info about the breakfast fee; I almost missed out on the morning meal.

The room was very pretty, but there were only a few floor towels in the bathroom. For a place of this size, I expected more—at least another set of bath towels.

I was pleasantly surprised by everything, especially the Black Jack suite—it served us well. The only downside was that food orders placed late at night took a long time to arrive.

The facilities are excellent—modern and cozy. I have nothing to criticize.
