“Badgers Nook”

Everything was perfect! The location was exactly what we wanted, and we didn’t need to move or ask for anything. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the fridge was the right size for a week’s worth of groceries—lol. The nightlife and wildlife were enjoyable once it got dark. The garden was large enough and private enough to sunbathe in the nude, with chairs and a fable provided. Nothing was missing.

“Beautiful, cozy place to spend a nice few days away with some minor facility niggles.”

Badgers Nook felt like a cozy chalet; the garden was lovely for moon watching, and it was close enough to civilisation yet quiet enough at night. The bed was great, the kitchen was nice, and overall it was a great stay. For the price, I expected more than just a kettle for coffee. Minor issues included no shower gel or shampoo, a bathroom door that doesn’t stay closed, and low shower water pressure. None of these would stop us from staying again.

“Great stopover on our cycletour with everything we needed.”

The place is compact, simple, well fitted, comfortable, and quiet, with tasteful décor. It’s easy to find and the host gave a lovely welcome. The location works well for exploring Norwich and the surrounding area, and the night sky is superb because of the minimal ambient light. Bikes are safe in the garden. It would be nice to have basic instructions for the microwave and a dustpan & brush.

The accommodation is comfortable and very modern. Nothing was wrong; everything was good.
