The location was excellent. The room was nice. The spa area was lovely. The dressing robes had clearly not been changed or washed and smelled horrendously of body odour; we had to leave a note requesting that they be changed.

The central location in Berlin. Parking garages are right nearby. The hotel is very well kept. The room was very clean. Everything was fine.

The location is great. The hotel is fairly modern with a spa. The treatments in the spa were a bit limited when we were there due to a shortage of staff, I think. The rooms were fine, clean, and had the usual amenities; although not huge, they were adequate for a short stay. The breakfast buffet was very good, although the coffee could have been better. There was a good selection of hot food, cheese, ham, an omelette station, pastries, etc. The staff at the desk and in the restaurant were very helpful. Not much else; it was pretty much what we expected.

The hotel was very comfortable, with a good restaurant and bar that stayed open late. We liked the location, a short walk from the Brandenburg Tor, the river, museums, and Friedrichstrasse station. The staff made our stay unforgettable—big thanks to Steffen, Sebastian, Brian, and everyone at the bar and reception. Hope I spelled the names right.
