“Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected from an all-inclu”

We arrived expecting an all‑inclusive resort and were let down from the start: check‑in was advertised for 2:00 PM but our rooms weren’t ready until almost 4:00 PM, wasting the first day; after two hours the Wi‑Fi still didn’t work; we were charged extra for an in‑room safe, and the hotel only offered a complimentary safe for one of our four rooms, insisting we pay for the other three, which we refused because a safe should be included; when we asked how to store valuables without renting a safe, the staff had no answer; parking was advertised but was full with no alternative; the food was acceptable but the selection was limited and lunch only lasted two hours, making the single main restaurant overcrowded; towel cards were forgotten—some rooms got one, others none, forcing us to return to reception; the complimentary safe that was eventually provided was broken; our triple room (Room 526) had only one electrical outlet, impractical for three guests; I had to visit the front desk five or six times on the first day for various issues; we asked the hotel to store our luggage so we could enjoy the day, but they refused; and although the hotel is advertised as all‑inclusive, the sauna and spa are only free between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, otherwise guests must pay extra.

All the staff, especially hairdresser Anil, were great; the location is amazing and the food and drinks are nice.

The pool was good, but we had a similar hotel in Marmaris for the same price and that one had a much better selection and quality; the reception staff were young and incompetent— they printed an incomplete program schedule (breakfast, lunch, etc.), had no toner in the printer, kept printing papers despite being warned, and only replaced the toner after I asked; we had a late arrival from the airport, the reception said a food box would be ready but it never was, and they later gave us fruit and prosecco in the room as an apology; the hotel is accessed to the beach via a public street, there is no hotel passage, so getting from the hotel to the beach is awkward.

“It was amazing!! Loved it and of course I will be back”

I always stay at this hotel whenever I’m in Marmaris and I absolutely love it—the location, the food, the vibes are amazing—but this time I didn’t like the room we were given or the view from it.
