The place is very well located, clean, and the reception staff and breakfast attendants were friendly. Antonella made the bedding nice. The street is quiet and the reception is open 24/7. The shower’s water drainage was a problem; when I mentioned it, I was told it was too late to change rooms for the second night. The sound insulation is poor, the plumbing is noisy, and the breakfast could be better.

ロケーションが最高です。最初写真を見た時静かそうな路地裏にあるように見えたので心配したのですが全く問題ないし、どこへ行くにも便利な立地です。朝食も付いてのこのお値段はかなりコスパがいいと思います。. ベッドのマットレスが片方凹んでいて、おそらく色々な人が同じ場所に座るから片方が凹んでしまったのではないでしょうか。とにかく斜めっていて寝づらかったです。シャワーブースは日本人の女性の私でも狭いと感じたので、かなり狭いつくりだと思います。

I booked this hotel almost at random, but I could hardly have chosen better. The location is fantastic: right in the center of Palermo, yet on a quiet street. All the main sights are within walking distance, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The bus and train connections to the airport are about a 10‑20‑minute walk away. The hotel is fairly simple, and the rooms are plainly furnished, but everything was clean and functional. My room was on the third floor overlooking the courtyard. There was a restaurant terrace opposite, but it closed at around 10 p.m., so the nights were quiet. There is no lift in the building but it was no problem for me. The wifi worked well throughout my stay. Breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. and offers a typical Italian selection, including fresh croissants. The reception staff were very helpful. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would not hesitate to choose this hotel again. The only thing that could be improved is the coffee from the machine (for breakfast).

I stayed in the very center and it was quiet; everything we needed was right next door. Breakfast offered plenty of pastries and good coffee, and the room had a hair dryer, air‑conditioner, large wardrobe and TV. Towels were changed and the room was cleaned, so it was clean. The staff were friendly, and when we checked in at night they gave us a transfer. Everything went well.
