I loved the spot, but the room was cramped and had no bench or chair; we had to squeeze a cheap chair into the room, and the bathroom door was broken.

The location is superb and the staff are very polite. The room wasn’t very clean; when we arrived the bathroom floor had hair, and the air‑conditioner didn’t cool.

The breakfast was great with plenty of choices, and the reception area felt cozy with hammocks to relax while eating or waiting for tours; the staff were very friendly. It’s close to the city center, though the room is a bit tight for two people, especially if you bring large luggage or need space to dry bikinis and swimwear.

Breakfast is decent, but they don’t make tapioca, eggs, or freshly cooked couscous like other hotels in town. It’s very noisy—car and motorcycle traffic from 5 AM to 12 AM, plus constant phone speaker music from the reception. At check‑in they warned about possible charges for makeup and sunscreen stains on towels and sheets, and the room walls display fines for damage to bedding, bath items, and other objects, plus other notices such as no food in the room. The tone feels oddly uncomfortable. There’s only one shared hair dryer for all guests.
