The staff here are really something - so polite and always willing to help.
I'm a regular here when I'm in the Philippines, and it's always a nice, clean place to stay.

“Have stayed here twice and absolutely love the place”
Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was loved, the food was great, and it was quiet, clean, and comfortable – everything was perfect.
The security team at the front door and the restaurant staff were friendly and personable, but the front desk staff were neither friendly nor warm, nor inviting.
The hotel should offer a free shuttle between the airport and the property, and a city tourist map should be available at the front desk, along with a guide for guests to explore the city.
