The hotel is very nice and well situated. The rooms are comfortable and include a pool, which is essential in the heat. The only improvement I’d suggest is changing the shower head so water doesn’t spill out of the shower, and maybe repainting some exterior spots.

The location is amazing—outside the city center but between locals and close to key landmarks like the Valley of Kings. Check‑in was simple, the owner is super nice and helped with everything (where to eat, how to book taxis, etc.), and the staff was also helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the terrace lets you see hot air balloons in the morning, which we loved. The nearest local shop is 400 m away, so getting snacks in the afternoon is easy. The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. We also liked that each room has a fairly large fridge (not the tiny ones in Europe that are already full of “mini‑bar” drinks and snacks).

The place is quiet, the rooms are spacious, the flower garden is well maintained, and the rooftop is pretty.

The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was good. We requested laundry service and they burned four high‑value items; the staff said nothing and the hotel doesn’t deserve its rating.
